Home's taste, for our own people. The brand line is the brand. Every decision flows from it: who Mallika is, how the kitchen runs, which recipes make the cut, which packaging carries them, even how we speak in marketing.
Pack sizes at launch: 400g and 800g. India-first sugar-free Bihari range — using natural erythritol-based sweetener — for diabetic and health-conscious customers.
We add a brand only when three conditions are met: a deep recipe tradition that is being lost; a founder-figure whose hands carry that tradition forward authentically; and a clear gap on shelves. No tradition, no founder, no gap — no brand.
